After removing the intake manifold, close the intake ports in the cylinder head immediately.
If the installed charge air hoses are not degreased and damp, the turbocharger may fail.
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
2. Remove the engine top cover.
3. Release clamps (1) and remove the right (2) and left (3) charge air hoses.
When installing, place the clamps in their original places.
4. Disconnect the vacuum hoses (1), cut the clamp (2) and disconnect the connector (3) from control valves.
5. Turn out bolts.
6. Disconnect the vacuum hose (1) (black red) and set aside the block (2) pressure converter.
7. Slide the latch (1) go ahead and disassemble the connection (2).
8. Turn out bolts (1) and move aside the vacuum line (2).
9. Turn out bolts (1) and loosen the clamps (2) EGR valves.
When installing, place the clamps in their original places.

10. Disconnect the connector.
11. Cut the clamps (1) and disconnect the supply and return fuel hoses (2).
Collect leaking fuel.
12. Turn out a bolt (1) and remove the holder (2).
13. Release the fuel line (1) from holders (2).
14. Set aside and secure the inlet and return fuel hoses.
15. Turn out bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline and remove it then at once close inlet channels in order to prevent dirt getting into them.
16. Clean the mating surfaces of the removed components, install new gaskets.
17. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
