Air flow meter connection (IRS) with the throttle body is shown in Figure 4.115.
Air duct replacement (4) between RTI (1) and connecting ring (8) throttle body must be carried out in the following order.
Switch off the ignition and remove the noise insulation cover (see fig. 4.26).
Loosen air duct clamp (4) to IRV (1) and disconnect the air duct from the IRV.
Loosen clamp (1, fig. 4.116) and disconnect the vacuum hose (2) from the duct.
Click on the latch (4) and disconnect the vacuum line (3) from the duct. Disconnect the vacuum hose (2) from the throttle body.
The installation of the air duct elements should be carried out in the reverse order, if necessary.
Check O-rings (8 and 2, see fig. 4.115), between suction hose (4) and throttle body (13), hose (4) and IRV (1) for damage, replace if necessary.
Push the vacuum pipe onto the air duct until a clear sound is heard (clicks) locking ring actuation.
