Data for checking and adjusting
The engine speed at idle is 750–850 min-1.
Carbon monoxide content (CO) in the OG is automatically maintained within the specified limits. In the event of a misfire in one of the cylinders, due to a malfunction in the primary winding circuit of the ignition coil, the ECU-KUD turns off the injector of this cylinder, which prevents the converter from failing due to the ingress of a large amount of unburned working mixture into it. The engine has two oxygen concentration sensors in the exhaust gas. One in front of the converter, which acts as a regulator, the second, after the converter, to control its operation. In total, two converters are installed, for 1–4 cylinders and for 5–8 cylinders.
Carbon monoxide content (CO) in OG:
- with exhaust gas converter 0.2 - 0.12%;
- without exhaust gas converter 0.5 - 1.5%.
Distribution line
The distribution line is a tubular cavity «U» -shaped with nests (holes) for installation of injectors, fuel inlet and outlet fittings (pic. 4.19).
The distribution line acts as a pressure accumulator and supplies fuel at the same pressure to the injectors. Its volume is specially designed to ensure noise reduction when changing operating conditions and pressure drops.
