The air conditioner compressor is driven by a 5Kx1023 drive belt. The drive belt is tensioned automatically. Before removing the drive belt, if you plan to reuse it, you should mark the direction of its rotation with a marker in the form of an arrow. Put the belt back in place only according to the marking.
Caution: If the drive belt is contaminated with hydraulic fluid, coolant or oil, it must be replaced.
The air conditioning compressor drive belt must be replaced in the following order.
Remove the engine accessory protection panel and stiffener plate.
Remove the alternator drive belt and the protective cover (3) of the tensioner. Loosen the tension of the compressor drive belt by unscrewing the bolts (7) and (8) and remove the air conditioner compressor drive belt.
Check the tension roller (2) on the lever (6) for tightness and install the protective cover (3) in place. Install the drive belt according to the mark applied. Make sure that the belt fits tightly into the grooves (grooves) of the pulleys.
Place the socket wrench on the Allen key (1, Fig. 4.120) adjusting lever and move it clockwise (arrow, see Fig. 4.120) to the end of the longitudinal groove.

Tighten bolts (3, M8x25) and (2, M8x32) in sequence.
