Radial clearance between bearing shells and main/connecting rod journals of the crankshaft, mm:
- nominal - 0.028 / 0.028;
- maximum permissible - 0.070 / 0.070.
If the clearances are higher than the maximum permissible, then the liners on the crankshaft journals should be replaced with new ones. If the crankshaft journals are worn, they are ground to the nearest repair size, and the liners should be replaced with repair ones (increased thickness).
The permissible runout on the middle neck is no more than 0.15 mm.
