Detach the holders (1, Fig. 17.15) the air duct of the heating system in the right part of the footwell from the clamps. Remove the air duct (2) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Remove the screw (1, Fig. 17.16) facings of the central part of the console.
If there is a plug connector (PC), disconnect it, release the clamps of the lining (2) of the drawer for small items and remove it.
To facilitate further operations, it is recommended to remove the air conditioner heater. Turn the adjusting wheel (1, Fig. 17.17) on the central ventilation grille to the extreme position in the direction indicated by the light arrow. Release the wire from the clamps (dark arrow). Loosen the screws (2) and remove the cover (3).
Remove the sound insulation, unscrew the screws (1, Fig. 17.18) and remove the shields (2). Move the air conditioner pipes apart and remove the safety valve (3).
The installation of the air conditioner safety valve should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to replace the sealing rings of the pipes and pay attention to the correct position of the air duct in the right part of the footwell.
