Using the DIS Tester
Check the oil pressure with a DIS tester by installing a tool «13.6.054» with sealing ring (1, fig. 3.35) to adaptation «13.6.051» and connect the DIS tester to the engine. Further operations according to the Instructions for the stand.
Using a pressure gauge
Check the oil pressure with a pressure gauge, for which install the device «13.3.063» and fixture «13.3.061» (manometer). Check and restore oil level. Screw on the filter cover with a torque of 33 Nm (3.3 kgf·m). Start the engine and check the oil pressure, which should be at least 0.5 bar at idle (kgf/cm2), at full load - 4.0 bar (kgf/cm2).
Assemble the engine in the reverse order, while unscrewing the filter cover and allowing the oil to drain. Remove tool «11.4.050». Install pressure indicator sensor with new O-ring and tighten to 27 Nm (2.7 kgf·m). Check oil level, top up if necessary. Replace the sealing ring and tighten the filter cover with a torque of 33 Nm (3.3 kgf·m). Start the engine, bring it to full load by making a test drive, and check for oil leakage.
