RK «NV125»
Replacing the oil seal of the semi-axis of the Republic of Kazakhstan «NV125» must be done in the following order. Prepare fixtures «00.5.500», «23.0.490», «27.1.360» And «27.1.370» and remove RK. Only on RK type «NV125» remove the transfer shaft (1, fig. 10.15) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
Attention! Do not use a drill for punching, because. the resulting chips can lead to failure of the assembly.
Using only a core, perform in the stuffing box (1, fig. 10.16) hole and screw the impact tool into it «23.0.490». Using cargo (2), remove the oil seal.
New axle shaft seal of RK type gearbox «NV125» pressed with tools «27.1.360» And «00.5.500», RK type «LWX-500» – «27.1.370» and stuffing box input link RK type «ATS500» – «27.1.390» (pic. 10.17)
Upon completion of work, check the oil level in the valve and, if necessary, restore it. Check the tightness of the assembly.
RK «ATS500»
Replacing the oil seal of the front axle shaft of the Republic of Kazakhstan «ATS500» must be done in the following order. Prepare fixtures «23.0.490», «27.1.341» And «27.1.342», remove the rear engine accessory guard and the front propeller shaft.
Using large screwdrivers as levers, press out the flange and remove the protective boot (16, see fig. 10.1b), to get access to the gland (17).
Using fixture «23.0.490», knock out the seal.
Use the tool to install the seal «27.1.342» (guide cone) for dressing it up to the moment of adjoining to the crankcase of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Pressing in the stuffing box should be carried out flush with the crankcase of the RC using a tool «27.1.341».
Upon completion of work, check the oil level in the valve and, if necessary, restore it. Check the tightness of the assembly.
