Front Axle Beam Rod: Replace Bolts (under normal load) – torque of 165 Nm.
Wishbone to front axle beam: replace bolts and nuts (under normal load), in two steps – with a torque of 100 Nm + additional rotation at an angle of 90°±15°.
The suspension arm joint to the rod – torque 80 Nm.
Suspension arm joint to pivot support (replace bolt) – torque of 60 Nm.
Upper support of the shock absorber strut to the wheel arch – torque 56 Nm.
The shock absorber strut cylinder rod to the upper shock absorber strut support, nut M14/M12 – torque 64 Nm.
The shock absorber strut cylinder rod to the upper shock absorber strut support with an external hexagon, M12 nut – torque 64 Nm.
The shock absorber strut cylinder rod to the upper shock absorber strut support with an internal hexagon, nut M12 – torque 44 Nm.
Shock absorber to the pivot support – 250 Nm.
Shock absorber threaded ring – 130 Nm.
Clamp of anti-roll bar to front axle beam/body, M8 (under normal load) – torque of 22 Nm.
The stabilizer bar mount to the shock absorber strut and stabilizer, the plane of the key on the ball head must be parallel to the shock absorber axis - torque 100 Nm.
Guide lever to wheel bearing support (there should be no traces of grease on the tapered journal or in the hole) – torque of 65 Nm.
Upper wishbone to wheel bearing support – 165 Nm.
Integral lever to the front wheel bearing support, (under normal load): torque 105 Nm.
Threaded connection of rocker arm, integral arm, wheel bearing support (under normal loading) – torque of 250 Nm.
Connecting the pressure pipes of the ride height control system: M10 – torque 14 Nm, M12 – torque 20 Nm.
Ground clearance sensor to bracket – 5.0 Nm.
Ground clearance sensor lever to sensor/to bracket – 8.0 Nm.
