Elements of fastening of covers of radical bearings (threaded bushings) - 6.0 Nm.
Rigidity liner (stretching):
- M8 - 22 N·m;
- M10 - 43 Nm.
Coolant drain plug in cylinder block:
- M14x1.5 - 25 Nm;
screw plug (M18x1.5) main lubrication channel - 25 Nm.
Oil nozzle in the cylinder block:
- M6 - 10 Nm;
- M8x1.0 - 12 Nm.
Cylinder head
Cylinder head cover:
- M6 - 10 Nm;
- M7 - 15 Nm.
bolts (M10) cylinder head mounting (replace the bolts, wash them, do not wash off the coating of the bolts) – 30 Nm + 90°+ 90°.
Oil pan
Oil drain plug:
- M12x1.5 - 25 N·m;
- M18x1.5 - 30 N·m;
- M22x1.5 - 60 Nm.
Oil sump to cylinder block:
- M6 (8.8) - 10 Nm;
- M6 (10.9) - 12 Nm;
- M8 (8.8) - 22 Nm.
Bottom of oil sump to top of oil sump (M8) - 24 Nm.
Timing cover
Timing block and its upper and lower covers:
- M6 - 10 Nm;
- M7 - 15 N·m;
- M8 - 22 Nm;
- M10 - 47 Nm.
Timing block, upper and lower covers:
- M6 - 10 Nm;
- M8 - 20 Nm.
Crankshaft with support
Gear wheel of the speed sensor of the KSUD to the crankshaft, replace the bolts:
- M5 (10.9) - 13 Nm;
- M5 (8.8) - 5.5 Nm.
Flywheel
Flywheel to crankshaft, replace bolts (lubricate the threads of the bolts with engine oil):
- with manual transmission - 120 N·m;
- with automatic transmission - 105 N·m.
Connecting rod with bearings
Replace connecting rod bolts, wash and lubricate with engine oil - 5.0 Nm + 20 Nm + 70°;
Vibration damper
Pulley/vibration damper to hub (M8) - 22.0 Nm;
Vibration damper to crankshaft (central bolt/bolts, M18x1.5), replace the bolt - 100 Nm + 60°+ 60°+ 60°.
Camshaft
Camshaft Bearing Cap:
- M6 - 10 Nm;
- M7 - 14 Nm;
- M8 - 20 Nm.
Sprocket to camshaft flange (M6) - 15 Nm.
Chain tensioner cap nut (M22x1.5) - 40 Nm.
Chain tensioner plunger cylinder (M22x1.5) - 65 Nm.
