Turn off the ignition and remove the air duct. Unlock and disconnect the shock absorber (1, Fig. 5.176) from the throttle actuator housing. Loosen the bolts and remove the throttle housing (2).

Check the sealing rings on the throttle body and air manifold for correct installation relative to the air duct and air manifold and for damage; replace if necessary.
Note: To facilitate installation, lubricate the sealing ring with a rubber sliding lubricant such as petroleum jelly.
Read information from the fault memory and record it. Eliminate faults and erase information from the fault memory.
