"1" - "Beschl"
The position of the lever for moving at a given speed, memorization and acceleration.
Press the lever in this direction: The actual speed is entered into the memory of the device and kept constant. With each subsequent pressing of the lever, the speed will increase by 1 km/h.
Keep the lever pressed in this position:
The vehicle will accelerate without any action on the accelerator pedal. If you release the lever, then the speed reached by this moment will remain in the memory of the device and will be maintained at this level.
The cruise control is disabled if the set speed is exceeded for more than 1 minute and more than 10 km/h.
On vehicles with ASC, after exceeding the set speed by 16 km/h or after reducing it by 8 km/h, the cruise control is also automatically deactivated.
"2" - "VERZUG"
Lever positions for reducing the set speed and storing it. Press the lever and hold it in this position:
If cruise control is enabled, vehicle speed will be reduced by automatic throttle closing. After releasing the lever, the reached speed will be automatically maintained. Press the lever and release it: Each time you press the lever, the vehicle speed will decrease by 1 km/h and be maintained at the new level.
"3" - "ABRUF"
Push the lever:
The last of the entered speed values will be called from the device memory, to which it will first be brought, and then will be maintained at a given level.
"4" - "AUS"
The cruise control will immediately turn off regardless of the operating mode and traffic situation.
In addition, the cruise control will turn off when decelerating more than 1.5 m/s2, for example, when driving uphill, when braking, disengaging the clutch, or moving the AT control lever from the position "D" into position "N".
After turning off the engine, the device will turn off and the entered speed value will be erased.
Attention: The cruise control must not be used if:
- There are many twists and turns on the track
- increased intensity of movement does not allow you to move evenly;
- the road is slippery (rain, snow, ice) or does not have a hard coating.
