Attention! When removing the flange, the wheel hub bearing is damaged and must be replaced.
Before installing the wheel, it is necessary to check the fixation of the nut (4) with the flange.
The replacement of the rear wheel hub bearing must be carried out in the following order. Prepare the tools "33.2.115", "33.2.116", "33.2.118", "33.4.201", "33.4.202" and "33.4.203" and remove the wheel.
Unscrew the flange nut (4, see Fig. 14.16), pressing the brake pedal first, and remove the brake disc. Install the "33.2.116" device on the flange using the wheel bolts (fig. 14.53).

Press out the flange using tools "33.4.201", "33.4.202" and "33.4.203". Unscrew the bolts (3, see Fig. 14.52) fasteners and remove the wheel hub bearing (support). If necessary, remove the inner bearing ring.
Before installing a new bearing, the mating plane (2, Fig. 14.54) the wheel hub bearing and wheel bearing support, as well as the threaded holes (1) must be clean, without traces of grease. Install a new wheel hub bearing and tighten its mounting bolts to a torque of 100 N·m (10.0 kgf·m).

Lightly grease the flange (1, Fig. 14.55), place it on the splines of the drive shaft and press the flange using the tools "33.2.115", "33.2.116" and "33.2.118".

Replace the nut (4, see Fig. 14.52) with a flange and tighten it to a torque of 420 N·m (42.0 kgf·m). Lock the nut (M27) with a flange by tapping on the flat surfaces of the wheel drive shaft.
The replacement of the rear axle shaft flange should be carried out using the same technology as replacing the wheel hub bearing.
