Attention! All cavities that open during the process of removing units and parts must be securely closed from moisture, dust and dirt.
Do not remove the dipstick tube as this may result in oil loss.
Replacement of the intake manifold (pipelines) must be carried out in the following order. Disconnect the wire from the "-" terminal of the battery and insulate it. Remove the front and rear soundproofing casings.
Disconnect the SS (1, Fig. 6.37), unscrew the bolt (2) and open the holder (3). Disconnect the vacuum lines (4) and vacuum pipes (5 and 6).

Unlock and remove the hose (1, Fig. 6.38) charge air. Disconnect the line (2), unscrew the bolts along the line (3) of the intake manifold fastening and disconnect the vacuum line (4) from the exhaust gas return valve (EG). Remove the intake manifold from the cylinder head and close the resulting holes.

The inlet manifold should be installed in the reverse order, making sure that the sealing surfaces are dry and clean, without any traces of grease. Replace the profile sealing gaskets.
Tighten the air supply clamp screws to a torque of 6.0 N·m (0.6 kgf·m). Tighten the bolts and nuts securing the intake manifold to the cylinder head to a torque of:
- M6 - 10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m)
- M7 - 15 N·m (1.5 kgf·m).
