Remove the front engine auxiliary protection panel, stiffening plate, exhaust system assembly and automatic transmission.
Lock the drive disk (1) with the tool "11.9.260" (Fig. 6.49).
Using the device "11.4.180", loosen the drive disk mounting bolts by unscrewing them crosswise. Unscrew the bolts and remove the drive disk.
Before installation, check the technical condition of the centering sleeve and its correct installation. Clean the threaded holes with compressed air and install new bolts with sealant on the threaded part. Screw in new bolts (9 pcs.) by hand and tighten them crosswise with a torque of 120 N·m (12.0 kgf·m). Assemble the engine.
The flywheel should be replaced in a similar order, but it is also necessary to remove the clutch and use tools "11.4.180", "11.9.260" and "11.9.265".
