Attention! After disconnecting the pressure pipelines, be sure to plug the openings of the injectors and the high-pressure accumulator with special caps. Do not swap pressure pipes.
Replacement of all pressure pipes must be carried out in the following order. Adjust fixture «13.5.020», in order to avoid deformation of pressure pipelines. Read out the memory of the faulty DDE control unit and switch off the ignition. Use figures 6.109 and 6.119 - pipelines of the system «Common-Rail».
Remove the intake manifold and close the air passages. Mark the position of pressure pipes with tags. If the last digit of the item number is even, then it is for cylinders 2, 4 and 6, if it is odd, then it is for cylinders 1, 3 and 5.
Loosen all cap nuts using tool «13.5.020» (pic. 6.110) and remove pressure pipes.
The installation of pressure pipelines should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to install new pressure pipelines according to their marking, according to the last digit of the item number. Follow the position of the rubber-metal cushion, when installing the pressure pipeline, pay attention to the correct position of its position.
Tighten all union nuts of the pressure pipes by hand. Tighten the union nuts on the injectors, strictly observe the tightening torques - 23.0 Nm (2.3 kgf·m). Tighten the union nuts on the hydraulic accumulator and HP, strictly observe the tightening torques - 23.0 Nm (2.3 kgf·m).
Take a test drive with a higher load (at high engine speed) and check all components of the power system for leaks.
