Attention! After disconnecting the pressure pipes, be sure to plug the holes of the injectors and the high-pressure accumulator with special plugs-caps. Do not swap the pressure pipes.
Replacement of all pressure pipes must be carried out in the following order. Adjust the device "13.5.020" in order to avoid deformation of the pressure pipes. Read the information from the memory of the faulty DDE ECU and switch off the ignition. Use figures 6.109 and 6.119 - system pipes "Common-Rail".


Remove the intake manifold and close the air intake ducts. Mark the position of the pressure pipes with tags. If the last digit of the part number is even, then this is for cylinders 2, 4 and 6, if odd, then for cylinders 1, 3 and 5.
Loosen all union nuts using tool "13.5.020" (fig. 6.110) and remove the pressure pipelines.

Installation of pressure pipelines should be carried out in the reverse order, while it is necessary to install new pressure pipelines according to their marking, according to the last digit of the nomenclature number. Monitor the position of the rubber-metal cushion, when installing the pressure pipeline, pay attention to the correctness of its position.
Tighten all union nuts of pressure pipelines by hand. Tighten union nuts on injectors, strictly observing tightening torques - 23.0 N·m (2.3 kgf·m). Tighten union nuts on the hydraulic accumulator and high-pressure fuel pump, strictly observing tightening torques - 23.0 N·m (2.3 kgf·m).
Take a test drive with increased load (at high engine speed) and check all components of the power supply system for leaks.
