
Before removing the automatic transmission, remove the intermediate muffler of the exhaust system. Disconnect the SS from the speed sensor (1, Fig. 9.28), unscrew the bolt (2) and remove the sensor.

Rotate, unlock and disconnect the SS (1, Fig. 9.29). Release the cable from the holders. Insert the "24.2.390" device into the sealing sleeve.

Press the latches (1, Fig. 9.30) using a screwdriver (2), remove the cable box (3) and set it aside.

Open and disconnect the SS (1, Fig. 9.31) and (2).

Remove the transfer case. Turn the engine shaft forward by the vibration damper until the bolt appears in the hole (arrow, Fig. 9.32) fastenings of the torque converter. Using the device "24.1.110" unscrew the bolt and then similarly the other three bolts.

When installing the automatic transmission on the engine, tighten the M6 bolts to a torque of 9.0 N·m (0.9 kgf·m), tighten the M8 bolts to a torque of 22 N·m (2.2 kgf·m), and tighten the M12 bolts to a torque of 73 N·m (7.3 kgf·m).
Attention! Automatic transmission is supplied as spare parts from the manufacturer or after its repair, filled with oil. For replacement use only certified grades of oil.
