Adjustment of angles of installation of back wheels is necessary for carrying out in a following order. Prepare fixtures «32.3.151» And «32.3.152».
Camber adjustment
Attention! If during the adjustment process the nut of the eccentric bolt had to be tightened more than 4 times, then it must be replaced, because. she lost the ability to self-stop.
The head of the eccentric bolt must be between the stops. The camber angle must be adjusted using the eccentric bolts of the swing arms of the rear axle beam in the following order. Replace nut (2, fig. 12.12) eccentric bolt and tighten it with a preliminary torque of 5.0 Nm (0.5 kgf·m). Turning the bolt (1), set the camber angle to -10°50'+20'.
With the vehicle loaded optimally, tighten the new rocker arm front nut to 100 Nm (10.0 kgf·m), rear nut (2) eccentric bolt - torque 165 Nm (16.5 kgf·m).
Adjustment of an angle of a convergence of wheels
Adjustment of the toe angle must be carried out using the eccentric bolts of the rear axle beam guide levers in the following order.
Loosen the nut (2, fig. 12.13) with the help of devices «32.3.151», if the nut is tight then use the tool «32.3.152». Install the eccentric disc between the stops and install a new nut, tightening it with a preliminary torque of 5.0 Nm (0.5 kgf·m).
Turning the bolt (1), set the rear axle toe angle – 0°18'±10′. When the vehicle is loaded optimally, tighten the new nut (2) rocker arm eccentric bolt torque 59 Nm (5.9 kgf·m).
